W4S and QSM Open will be played on May 10 , 2017 at Maple Meadows Golf Club in Wood Dale

Illinois.

Tournament is a part of 2017 PAGC Chicago Tour and is  sponsored by Waldek Czerpak and Jacek Kopis.

Diner and drinks will be served after the round curtsey of Waldek and Jacek .

Prizes for all par 3 closest to pin as well as longest drive and longest putt.

We have trophies in 3 groups base on age in gross and net.

Tournament fee is only $36.00 plus $20.00 Tour fee .

First tee time at 11:30 am.
